Your goal is to gather all the hidden obsidian fragments scattered throughout the game to unlock its deepest mysteries.
As you race against the clock and hostile creatures, you must collect each obsidian piece and head towards the foreboding black hole. After securing all the fragments, your challenge is to carefully pass through the black hole and locate the portal hidden within the cave. Keep in mind, this is hardcore mode — no room for mistakes!
In hardcore mode, you have only three lives. Each encounter could end your run, so proceed with caution. Losing all three lives means starting over from the very beginning, as all progress will be lost. The pressure is intense, and every choice you make can either lead you to triumph or force you back to the start.
Control Steve using the arrow keys or WASD to move through the levels. Collect obsidian shards while avoiding or battling green monsters. Watch closely, because the black hole appears only after you’ve collected all pieces. Enter the black hole and follow the path to the hidden portal — but remember, preserving your three lives is essential for advancing!
